La Vegetariana Loca

Here are some random ramblings of a girl that will probably end up in an insane asylum sometime in her near future...Kookookachoo. She loves her Queen, she loves her Beatles and her Who and her Zeppy and her music in general. She loves her writing. She loves love. And she loves you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

VIDEO OF THE WEEK

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
(Roger looks so angelic and innocent...and he SO isn't. lol)
Sorry this is so short. I have about two seconds before I go to Zwuonky's, but just before I go, I'm posting the video of the week...

Aren't I just so nice?

Shame on me...

(Roger looks so cute in this pic...*sighs*)

Okay, so maybe it's not a major "shame on me," but it's still a "shame on me." I haven't updated in a few days...but I'm updating now!

There's this piece of art in Montreux called "The Passage," and it's based on the wave patterns of Freddie Mercury's voice when he's singing Don't Stop Me Now...I've got more information about it in a link to the Queen fanclub's website at the bottom of the page.

Just a reminder: I need requests for Video of the Week!

Oh, and one more thing: here's this funny link that I found on brianmay.com...it really puts in perspective how small we as human beings are! TURN YOUR VOLUME UP!

BANG!

Yeah, that on top is my random pic of the day...that below is not random! CLICKY! Please.

Dr. May has been up to something that most rock stars (any, actually...I think) have done...

If Brian wasn't a rockstar, he'd probably be an astronomer. He studied it in college, and he actually has a doctorate in it (hence the "Dr. May"). Well, over the past few years, he has been writing a book about the history of the universe with some of his fellow astronomers...it looks pretty interesting to me. They tried not to use mathematical figures and such; they just sat down and thought of ways that the universe came into being. Or atleast, that's what I read on brianmay.com. ; )

One more thing: can you people do me a favor? Explain to me this: HOW DO YOU MAKE VIDEOS TO PUT ON YOUTUBE WITHOUT MOVIEMAKER? I don't have MovieMaker, and I just wanted to know if there was a way to make a video without it...maybe using MediaPlayer?...idk...

Mercury Phoenix Trust

Yes, I now have a picture of Brian May's house...so now I just need one of Roger's and John's, and my collection will be complete. : ) I threatened a few days ago, while at Goodwill (Goodwill and the thrift store are my favorite stores...yeah, I know I sound like a hobo. lol) and arguing with my mother (I think it was over an Elvis puppet...she was acting like she was going to buy it, and Elvis SCARES me.), that I would go to Brian May's house in the middle of the night, stand on his door step, and bang on his door until he let me in and let me live with him...I don't think she believed me, but she did leave me alone after that, lol.

Okay, so I'm currently trying to fill up a jar of change to donate to a good AIDS organisation; I've been working on this for a few months now. I intend to send in the money on November 24th of this year, which marks the 15th anniversary of Freddie Mercury's death. I decided on this date just 'cos it seemed fitting, since I like Freddie so much, and since he died of AIDS-related causes. I've decided on the Mercury Phoenix Trust, just 'cos it spreads the funds around, and doesn't just help one area of the world. I was looking at the countries they've helped out, and it ranged everywhere from Canada to Bangledesh...so I think that'll work.

But I found this really cool thing on their site. In honour of Freddie's 60th birthday (and I think they're keeping it up for a while), they've set up two imaginary constellations, "Lover of Life" and "Singer of Songs." You can go on and sponsor a star in one of those constellations for whatever amount (it doesn't matter; it's kept confidential), and you get your own spiffy little star, on which you write a message to Freddie. I just thought that was neat...here's a link to the site.

http://mercuryphoenixtrust.com/

It really is a good charity. I've heard so many people mock other people that have AIDS, or say it's not a worthy cause because people that have it brought it on themselves, but that's not true anymore. There are millions of little children all around the world that have AIDS, that are dying from AIDS, and how can you say it's their fault that they have it? And even if it is someone's fault that they caught it, whether it's because they're promiscuous or they do intravaneous drugs or whatever, is it really our place to say they deserve it? In the Bible, it says, "He who has not sinned, cast the first stone." And we've all screwed up. Nobody's perfect, so it would be wrong to put down somebody else for their screw-ups...

I guess you can tell; I've given that a lot of thought. It's been bugging me for a while, but now I got it off of my chest, so maybe it'll leave me alone.

Love ya.

VIDEO OF THE WEEK

(This is a pic of Freddie Mercury's house...now, it belongs to his best friend and ex-lover, Mary Austin. There's really a beautiful story behind it, if you want to read about it.)

YAY! I love music videos. : ) And this just gives me an excuse to go and get a bunch. : ) I'm not gonna pull my usual Ryan Seacrest, make-the-audience-wait move; I'll just go ahead and give it to you instead of launching into one of my renowned rambles.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love
This video has been removed. Please see my Sunday, November 5th, 2006 entry for my reason why.

People, I've got a bit of a bone to pick with you. This week, I had only one video nomination, and that was by my mom. Now, I love my mom, but c'mon people! I know people are visiting this site; I didn't install that hit counter for nothing! Please. It's not that hard. Just click the comment button, and say something like, "i wanna c fat bottomed girls" or "i wanna c im going slightly mad" or something! I'm sorry if I sound desperate, but I'm trying my best to be a good site, and I can't really do that if nobody's giving me any input, and I'm not just talking about videos now. I'm talking comments period.

...Dang. I've become a comment begger...lol

Oh, well. It shouldn't bother me. I should just get over myself, and maybe get some group therapy. HA! I could imagine how that would go.

"Hi, my name is George, and I ran over the kitty with my lawnmower."

"Hi, my name is Ryan, and I'm an alcoholic."

"My name is Alex, and I'm in love with my car."

"Hiya! My name is Grey, and I'm obsessed with QUEEN!"

lol

Whoopsies...

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
I made a booboo, and though it's not exactly Queen-related, it's funny. Well, in my mind it is, anyway. I tried to join Napster this morning because I realised, "Hey, I haven't heard a bunch of Queen's stuff; I should listen to it." And Napster has this thing that you can join where you can listen to any song on there that you want for free, for up to three times. So, I tried one screen name. It said somebody already had that one. I did this several times, trying several different screen names, until I finally settled on "freddiedarling1," so then I decided to go check my email. When I did, I noticed that Napster had sent me a few. I opened them, and, lo and behold, I didn't just have one account (freddiedarling1), but 4 (freddiedarling, freddiedarling1, freddiemydear, freddiemylove). I had been trying desperately to get a screenname that nobody else had, so when it said that somebody already had whatever screen name I was trying for (which quite agitated me...more than once), it was I that had it all along...I'm starting to hate myself. jk

I do have something to talk about besides that! If you've even remotely tried to keep up with recent Queen news over the past few years, then you'll have heard of a musical called We Will Rock You. If you haven't heard about it (or if you just want to watch it), here's a short little documentary I got off of YouTube that will explain it.

This video has been removed. Please see my Sunday, November 5th, 2006 entry for my reason why.

I've been trying to needle my chorus teacher into letting us put on a school production of it (which you can do, through www.schoolswillrockyou.com). She's new to our school, so it's not looking too hopeful, but hey, I still have my fingers crossed. And my eyes. And my toes. lol If we can do it, obviously I am trying out for the main role, Galileo Figaro. I probably wouldn't get it since I'm a girl and Figaro is a guy, but maybe...you never know. My mom would have my head though; she's sick of me dressing up as a guy for things like Halloween, and I have a feeling that a school play would be no different. Hey, I did compromise with her for this Halloween, though: I'm dressing up as a drag queen. Ha ha!

Love ya, Mom!

Making of INNUENDO, Part 2

(YAY! I GOT THE PICS TO WORK!)

Okay, I tried to break this up for you, so you wouldn't sit and watch a 20 minute video in one day...not that anybody comes here daily, just that I needed something to blog about today. : P
This video has been removed. Please see my Sunday, November 5th, 2006 entry for my reason why.
So, before I get into another one of my ramble-y moods (which I highly doubt, but you never know with people like me), I'm gonna go ahead and post the video...NOW!
HAHA! I'm magic! lol

Wow. That's all I can think of to write about...for today, anyway. I already know what I want to write about for tomorrow, but I'M NOT TELLING YOU WHAT IT IS! NYAH! You'll just have to come see what it is tomorrow.

Haha. I point and laugh at you, you food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. You're mother was a hamster, and your father SMELLS OF ELDARBERRIES!

...Dang. I think I need to lay off the Monty Python.

The Making of INNUENDO, Part One

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

I was very depressed yesterday, couldn't ya tell? : P I had just watched that Freddie tribute video, and my computer was acting like an idiot...not to mention it was my papa's 91st bday...and in case you didn't read the entry yesterday, he's dead...

...Yeah...but I'm better now!

Anyways, I've had this video sitting in my favorites on YouTube for a while...thought I'd share it! It's part one of this video about the making of Innuendo (in case you're too dumb to have read and retained the information from the title...jk). Innuendo is my favorite Queen album; it's not as popular as, say, A Night at the Opera (which I ADORE) or Sheer Heart Attack (love it, too), but it's by far this Queen fan's favorite. Can't help myself. None of Queen's biggest hits are seen anywhere near it, but it does have my favorite songs on it, like Innuendo, I'm Going Slightly Mad, Headlong, and The Show Must Go On. These Are the Days of Our Lives is worth a listen as well, but it makes me cry every time I hear it. ;_; ...Wow, I've just realised, I don't get emotional over any other music but Queen's...no, wait; that's not true...Phantom of the Opera tears me up at the end...oh, forget it. Point is, tons of Queen songs make me cry. Period. Wah. Wah. Sniff. Sniff.

Oh, sorry! I rambled again! Here's the video, before I forget it AGAIN!
This video has been removed. Please see my Sunday, November 5th, 2006 entry for my reason why.
Whoever the heck it was that said Freddie was ugly deserves to get his teeth knocked down his throat, though. I think it was meant as a joke, 'cos I saw another bit of that interview, and that guy was going on about how he spent the night in jail with Roger...
I just love Freddie's sense of humour...even when he was so sick, he still knew how to mess around. : P
Well, I miss Brian. Not the guitarist Brian May (although I wish I could meet him, and then I could legitimately say I missed him...*sigh*). I miss my guitar, Brian. Yes, I named him Brian, and yes I refer to my guitar as a "he." So now if I start talking about my guitar, you won't get Brian the Washburne and Brian the curly-headed-one mixed up...ideally, atleast. : P

Wow! What a nice, long entry this was...I guess I better leave you alone now...Brian (the guitar!) is starting to get angry with me for neglecting him...Oh! Don't forget to comment!
And as for the daily pics, it's not looking too hopeful; I don't know if it's Blogger's fault or mine or my computer's, but nothing's coming up...Ah, well. Atleast I'm compensating with videos and long entries. : P

Today my papa would've been 91

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
(Note: This is my favorite-ever pic or Dr. May...I have it as one of the result pics on one of my quizzes on Quizilla, but, quite literally, nobody has gotten it. So I decided to post it here, since I'm such a nice person.)

My papa has been dead for about a year, and if he was still with us, he would be 91 today. I just thought I should mention something; it seemed wrong for me not to...I love you, Papa.
Oh, I joined a group on YouTube, called queentributes. It's pretty neat; now all I need to do is figure out how to upload videos, and I'll be all set! I mean, I have an awesome looking channel, tons of videos on my favorites and on different playlists and junk, but I can't upload any of my own...>_<>

Well, that's it for today, except for one more thing. I found this beautiful tribute video to Freddie Mercury just a few minutes ago. It's absolutely stunning; I literally teared up when I saw it. The song choice and the video clips are awesome...just watch it.

RIP, Freddie. I still love you.

Sunday, September 17, 2006

I'm oh-so proud of myself!

(This is a pic of Freddie playing Crazy Little Thing Called Love...as he said, "This s****y guitar never plays the chords I want it to play. It only plays three chords, but let's see what happens...this is for all you lovely crazy people out there.")

...Sorry! I got distracted! Anyways, here is the slideshow I've been making over the past few days. I LOVE IT!

Note: Obviously, "Freddie Mercury" wasn't Fred's birth name; it was Farookh Bulsara, but he was commonly called Freddie, and when he moved to England (or sometime soon after), he changed his last name to Mercury. Just a lovely little tidbit you'll never use again in your life! ; )

Oh, and please send me requests for Video of the Week. Just send it through a comment; it's not that hard, is it? I've already got one request for Crazy Little Thing Called Love, but c'mon people, that's just one request! I'M TRYING TO BE A DEMOCRACY HERE! lol

Awesome Website...

(That's not a girl...that's Mr. Taylor from I Want To Break Free...HAHAHA! It was the video of the week about a month back...if the link above doesn't work for some reason, you're more than welcome to look through the August 2006 archives 'til you find it. And then leave me a pretty comment. lol)
I feel like a bad Queen fan...I have been convicted of withholding information from the general public...
Shame on me.
Anyways, here is the link to this really cool website. It's not very pretty to look at, but has some really awesome information and stories. After all, it was written by Jimmy May, one of Dr. May's (yes, I'm still calling Brian May "Dr. May," since it is his proper title. Not that I like doing it, it's just more respectful...I think.) kids. He tells different roadies' stories, talks about what Freddie was really like, and lots of other spiffy stuff (sorry Kate! I'm "sharing" your word again!).

VIDEO OF THE WEEK

*sighs* I love this pic...

Okeedokee...so here's the video of the week...I'm putting this one in for Kate as well (not to mention myself!). This song is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It doesn't make me cry, but it definitely moves me...wow, I'm starting to sound corny.

Anyways, here it is!

SO HAPPY! :D

(Btw, this is Roger Taylor and The Cross, a band Roger formed in the 80's while still with Queen.)

Okay, so first off, as was pointed out by one of my friends, it is quite disrespectful and rude for me to refer to the members of Queen, no matter how cool they are, on a nick name basis, seeing as they are all 4x's my age...and then some...So, from now on (well, until I decide otherwise, anyways) I'm going to refer to the guys by their proper names...So "Bri" will be "Dr.May," "Johnnyboy" will be "Mr.Deacon," Freddie will be Mr.Mercury, and Roger will be Mr.Taylor...It doesn't seem to fit, but oh well...

But that, obviously, is not what I'm so happy about. It's not Queen-related, but definitely good. You see, I'm Christian, and I've been praying for the salvation of one of my friends, Zwuonky, for a very long time (if you don't know what salvation is, just leave me a comment asking...I don't care if it's anonymous; I'm here to answer questions). Well, I just found out today that she accepted Christ! XD I'M SO HAPPY! (to Zwuonky: Sorry if I'm embarrassing you...but you're pretty much the only person that regularly reads this blog, so it's okay. lol)

And also, I'd just like to remind you to check the newslinks at the bottom of the page; they have a lot of interesting info about Queen that I don't always have time to post in here...

Well, that's it for today! Comment, please! ; )

PS: On one of my Quizilla quizzes, "What is your essential rock band??" (or some junk like that), the placings were as follows: 1st place: Led Zeppelin, 2nd place: AC/DC, 3rd place: The Beatles, 4th place: Queen tied with stupid preppy music (aka; JESSE MCCARTNEY!!!!!!!!! AAHHH!!!! RETREAT RETREAT!). Well, one more person took the quiz, and Queen is now beating the yucky preppy music! YAY!

Felix and Arty single

Okay, so maybe technically this isn't a Queen song, but technically it is Queen related, so NYAH! There's this new song, called Woman You're So Beautiful, and it's made by this dude named Arty (no idea who he is), and Felix Taylor, Roger Taylor's son. (See? HAHA! Told you it was Queen related!)

The song really is fabulous...here's a link to the Felix and Arty MySpace page. I'm still angry at MySpace, but even I broke down and went on there to listen to this song...and trust me, it's worth it!

http://www.myspace.com/felixandarty

I think it's available on iTunes now, too...

Obnoxious Spelling Error

(Disclaimer-thingy-so-Bri-won't-hate-me: I got this pic off of brianmay.com)

ACK! IT'S SO ANNOYING!

If I hear one more person spell Freddie's name "Freddy," I think I'm going to throw something. >_<

You have to understand, spelling and grammatical errors bother me. I mean they REALLY bother me. I was in the county spelling bee a few years back. I've won school spelling bees numerous times. I've known how to spell "onomatopoeia" since 3rd grade. The first word I ever learned how to spell was not "cat" or "no," it was "difficulty."

So, yeah. It's buggin' my little obsessive brain.

IT'S FREDDIE, NOT FREDDY!

Get it straight, people! It's not that hard!

...Whew, I feel better.

VIDEO OF THE WEEK

HAHA love that pic!

Anyways, so here's the Video of the Week. I'm posting it cos my friend Kate is not allowed on YouTube (POOR POOR DEPRIVED KATE!!! loljk), and this is one of her favorite Queen songs. It's one of mine, too; it's not the #1 (that spot is taken by Innuendo, thankyouverymuch!), but I do admit that it's probably the most rockin' out Queen song EVER! Well, One Vision is good, too. And Stone Cold Crazy...ACK! I've given myself a headache.

Well, it's a cool song. You want to click play. You know you want to. lol
Headlong
I'm really sorry, but this video has been removed. Please see my Sunday, November 5th, 2oo6 entry for my reason why.
One more thing. It's a very, very important message for Kate...

*ahem*
HOOP DIDDY DIDDY - HOOP DIDDY DO!
lol

Thank you, Brian, for my new favorite word!

I was on brianmay.com today, and concerning a Freddie Mercury birthday celebration, Brian had this to say:

"We were having a hootnanny backstage at that moment too !!"

I have never heard of this "hootnanny" utterance before. It sounds more like something that would come out of some hillbilly's mouth, not a Brit's...not that I'm calling Bri a hillbilly! HECK NO! It's just...odd. So odd that I'm dedicating an entry to it. lol

IT IS MY NEW FAVORITE WORD! XD

HOOTNANNY HOOTNANNY HOOTNANNY HOOTNANNY!!!!

lol

Today's my BIRTHDAY!

And suprisingly, I don't feel any different from 13...I did get this awesome CD set, though. It's called "Queen Greatest Hits, Platinum Edition" and has three discs...I LOVE IT! That 's all I've got time to say right now...but I try to update daily, so there you go! lol

Oh, and one more thing: have you heard about Zanzibar's government not allowing a Freddie celebration to happen because of Freddie's breaking of Islamic laws? (If you don't know what the heck I'm talking about, I mentioned it more in depth a few entries ago.) Well, I realised something: why does Zanzibar's government care about Freddie's life? It's not like he's setting a bad example for Islam; he wasn't Muslim. Do they not want their people to get rebellious ideas or something...?

Well, whatever it is, they're missing out. Freddie is probably the most famous, most musically talented person that will ever come out of that place...

WHAT DO YOU THINK? (hint hint comment please hint hint)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FREDDIE!!!!!

IT'S HERE IT'S HERE IT'S HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I woke up this morning, and the following things (in this order) popped into my head:
"Wow. What a lovely dream that was." [I had this weird dream that I went to school with Freddie when he was 12...]
"Thank you, God, for another day."
"And that awesome dream."
"Dangit. I have to go to school today..."
And then...
"OMIGOSH! IT'S FREDDIE'S BDAY!!!"
Yep, dear readers, he turned 60 today. To celebrate, me and one of my friends made the above graphic on paint (yeah, we're SO primitive). You have my magically spiffy permission to use it in your site, or as your background, or whatever! But if you do use it in your site, please link it back here.
Oh, and I joined Quizilla yesterday, and of course, the first quiz I made was Queen related! How couldn't it be? lol

Here's the link to it:

http://quizilla.com/users/2happy4emo/quizzes/ARE%20YOU%20GOING%20SLIGHTLY%20MAD%3F/

It's awesomely awesome. Please rate and message!

And one last thing...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FREDDIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mercury Madness Week, Day 7

OMIGOSH! Freddie Mercury's birthday is tomorrow! I can hear an uncharactistical, cheerleader-ish "YAY!" coming on...
.....
....
...
..
.
YYYYYAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol Anyways, here's the last Freddie interview I have lined up (unless I can find something really cool for tomorrow!). It makes me want to punch Freddie's interviewer. Obviously, Freddie was thinking the same thing; he starts balling his hands up into fists at the beginning of the interview. *clears throat and uses annoying television announcer voice*
DOES MOLLY GET A BLACK EYE? DOES FREDDIE GET ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT? OR DOES HE JUST GIVE ALL THE GIRLS IN THE BUILDING KISSES (and guys, too...we all know why) TO KEEP IT HUSH HUSH? FIND OUT ON THIS SPIFFY MAGICAL VIDEO!

(Oh, and you might want to watch Freddie's hands closely when the video reaches the 1:10 mark or so, but you didn't hear it from me...O_o)

Mercury Madness Week, Day 6

Okeedokee. It's Sunday. I should be in church. But instead I am hacking my head off. *grumbles* Stupid cold.

Well, besides this stupid cold of mine, I've had a really good birthday weekend. I didn't have a party or anything, but I had one of my bestest friends over to spend the night. We watched this weird movie called "The Benchwarmers." Kinda funny in a Napoleon Dynamite-esque way.

Anyways, I got a new Queen poster. It looks like my profile pic, except it's in colour and says "QUEEN" at the top. It is beautimus. It took the place of my old Legolas poster (I used to have a crush on Orlando Bloom, but now I think all he is is a permissable actor with a pretty face, so I'm tryin' to replace all of my old Orli posters with either Beatles or Queen posters, preferably. But I don't want to take down all my Orli posters before I get something to replace them, or else you would be able to see the actual wall of my room. *GASP!*)

But you probably don't care about that. lol
Okay, I also wanted to say to Zwuonky, THANK YOU FOR COMMENTING! C'mon, people. I like comments. SO COMMENT!
...Please.

Okay, so here's the video. It makes me go, "awww..." everytime I see it. It also makes me want to give Freddie Mercury a hug. So I then go hug my Freddie action figure. *hugs Freddie toy* Wait...anything with Freddie in it makes me want to give him a hug...oh, well.

VIDEO OF THE WEEK *and* Mercury Madness, Day 5

Omigosh I LOVE my friends. Well, I'm turing 14 in a few days, and one of mah buds says, "You are going to WORSHIP me after you see the present I got you!"

I had my doubts. Not because I'm a bad person, but because the last time she said this I ended up getting one of those laser-etched $5 light-up thingies from Wal-Mart. I wasn't ingrateful; I really liked it, but I would be lying if I said that I wasn't just a little disappointed.

Okay, so she comes up to my door, and hands me this ADORABLE green teddybear. I was in love. He was sooo squishy! And fluffy! Don't forget fluffy! ; )

But he wasn't "worship" worthy.

My friend then says, "That's not it, though!" and she hands me what looks like a decorated garbage bag. A heavy decorated garbage bag.

So, I bring it inside (yes, I'm an idiot; I was opening my gifts outdoors), sit down on the sofa, and open it.

If my voice had not gone AWOL on me earlier in the day, I would have been screaming. Instead, I was squeaking "OMIGOSH OMIGOSH OMIGOSH!!!" as loudly as I could. lol

In the bag was a toy. Now, I'm 14 (almost!!!), so you'd think I'd've outgrown toys a long time ago, and I did, BUT THIS IS AN EXCEPTION! It was an 18 inch tall, motion activated, SINGING...Freddie Mercury action figure! (Yup, that's a pic of him up top!)

Needless to say, I fell down at her feet and bowed down. lol

Freddie currently stands guard on my bedside table.

Hey, wait. I'm fogetting something...OH YEAH! YOU WANT VIDEOS!

Okay, for the Video of the Week, I'm posting my FAVORITE SONG, "Innuendo." It's my birthday weekend, so I'm doing my own video requests, thankyouverymuch! lol

These videos have been removed. For my reason why, please see my Sunday, November 5th, 2006 entry.
Yes Freddie did ballet! He never studied it before he performed with the Royal Ballet, but he was always interested in it. I believe the statement, "COOL BEANS!" would suffice. lol

Mercury Madness Week, Day 4

Little tidbit of info before the video (I know, it's terrible! jk). Freddie, who OBVIOUSLY (well, "obviously" if you've been reading this blog, anyways, lol) is turning 60 this Tuesday, was born on the small spice island of Zanzibar. Well, there's this guy there that's trying to celebrate Freddie's birthday at his restaurant, but Zanzibar's government big wigs won't let him. Why? Because of Freddie's lifestyle: he was gay, he was flamboyant, he was an all-out party animal, need I say more? You see, Zanzibar is Muslim, and Islam condemns these things. I'M NOT SAYING THAT'S BAD! I have respect for all religions. Yes, I'm Christian, but I'm not going to go around, say, making fun of Hindus because they worship cows or anything. I don't think it's right, but that's a another story!

But you know what that restaurant owner is doing?

HE'S THROWING THE PARTY ANYWAY!!!!!!! HAHA!
(I'm not "haha-ing" at Islam, I'm "haha-ing" at Zanzibar's government's futile attempt at trying to be over-controlling. So I'll say it again: HAHA!)
